Memorandum of understanding between professional service providers and client companies in the Baldwin County Business Incubator.

As a professional services provider, I agree that my firm will provide services to certified clients of the Baldwin County Business Incubator according to the discount schedule shown below:

Four (4)	Full Rate Paid	100 %

These hours may include time put in by the partners, associates, or junior members of a firm.

This discount schedule applies only to billable time for normal business start-up activities. It does not apply to license fees and other costs that the service provider pays on behalf of the client; these costs are the total responsibility of the incubator client.

It is also understood that certain clients may have professional service needs well beyond those of a “normal business start-up.” While the above schedule may not apply, in the interest of the economic development of the area we pledge to offer these services at a very competitive rate.
