INVESTMENT & SEED CAPITAL

OVERVIEW

The Capital Formation Committee of the BCEDA has identified a number of sources of investment and seed capital that have said that they are willing to invest in new businesses within Baldwin County.

  • The Capital Formation Committee will consider potential applicants

  • Scoring system for applications has been developed

  • Applicants recommended by the Committee will be referred to potential investors

TO APPLY

An "official" application form is still being developed. In general, the minimum required is a completed business plan and a proposal that includes the amount and form of the investment being sought (stock ownership, partnership, and so forth).
