INCUBATOR ACTIVITIES & PROCESS

 
Incubation Process

  1. Submit an application

  2. Provide a copy of your business plan (we will help you put this together, if needed)

  3. Develop a strategic plan with us that includes resources to be used in specific time frames

  4. Determine financing goals

  5. Develop benchmark targets – where you need to be to meet your business plan goals

  6. Review by incubator Board

  7. Officially enter incubator

  8. Secure financing

  9. Secure services, equipment, & facilities

  10. Start-up!

  11. Evaluate progress made toward benchmarks

  12. Meet regularly with your advisors and other incubator companies

  13. Workshops and counseling

  14. Graduate when your profit targets are achieved!
